The Westhampton Beach School District Board of Education organized and prepared for the onset of the 2026-2027 school year during their July 16 reorganization meeting. 

During the meeting, the trustees nominated and reelected Elizabeth T. Lanni-Hewitt as board president and Heather A. Wright as vice president. Also sworn in was new trustee Renee Johnson.
