Westhampton Beach High School junior Rose Hayes is among 35 student-athletes from across the nation to be named an All-American High School Tennis Player by the National High School Tennis All-American Foundation.

Hayes has been playing tennis since the seventh grade, first at the former Bishop McGann-Mercy High School and then at Westhampton Beach. A singles player, she holds four division titles, three consecutive Suffolk County singles titles and five All-State titles.

The Westhampton Beach School District congratulates Hayes on this achievement.
