Westhampton Beach Elementary School students recently celebrated Police Day, which kicked off with a helicopter landing in the school’s field. The excited students then heard from local law enforcement officers who spoke about different jobs and technologies in the field, including the SWAT team, K-9 unit, helicopter unit and police drones.
