Westhampton Beach High School students recently celebrated World Health Day through activities prepared by HUGS, Inc. of Westhampton Beach. During their gym periods, students rotated through stations that connected to different aspects of mental health and well-being. For example, at the Mental Health Jenga station, they answered questions about mental health, and at the Power of Play station, they learned how physical health is connected to mental health.
