Westhampton Beach High School’s Digital Generation students recently participated in a team building and elevator pitch competition at Stony Brook University. During the competition, students collaborated with their peers from five Suffolk County school districts to select a topic that they will research and present a pitch about. Topics are related to how technology and social media have impacted industries, including media production, gaming, music and tourism. Through the Digital Generation course, students can earn college credits through Stony Brook University.
