Westhampton Beach High School students recently spent their lunch periods creating yarn pumpkins that will be delivered to the residents of the Westhampton Care Center. The community service project is part of a collaboration between the high school and the Westhampton Free Library. Each month, the library brings a new community service project to the high school for students to take part in. The initiative was inaugurated last year with students working with the library to make cards for veterans.
